What seemed like a nightmare for my elderly parent, Tom from Whittaker Plumbing and Heating Ltd made it effortless and all at a competitive price. On install day, all floors were covered, old back boiler removed, fireplace plaster boarded professionally ready for plastering and new boiler and gas pipes installed and all up and running in the same day. All rubbish removed which was a massive help too! Would highly recommend this company if you want a boiler replacing.

“I have had the unfortunate need to use Tommy’s services twice! The first time was a few years ago and more recently last week. I called him Tuesday and he said he would call Wednesday afternoon. He was honest and said he didn’t know what time it would be. He arrived 7.15 after trying to call me twice. Had a look at the boiler and diagnosed the fault saying he would be back with the part the following morning and he was! I can’t recommend him enough. He is friendly and honest and very reasonably priced!”

“Tom has recently replaced my very elderly parents very elderly combi-boiler. They, and I, are absolutely delighted with the service and quality of work. Tom is extremely polite and professional and went out of his way to find the best solutions for replacing the boiler located in a really awkward space in the loft. Got the job done quickly and efficiently and made sure the system was properly flushed before fitting the new appliances, filters etc. A really tidy and neat job and when all was done, my mum said you wouldn't know he had been. A very professional heating engineer!

I also had an issue with a leaking radiator valve; although Tom could not complete on the same day as the service he agreed to return and do a few days later (done today).
